Fluency (operated at el-speak.com) is a learning platform offering courses, AI-powered speech practice, a member community, and a digital resource marketplace. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to use Fluency.
Paid memberships renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. One-time purchases (courses and marketplace resources) grant a personal, non-transferable license. Payments are processed by our payment providers (e.g. Stripe); we never store your card details.
Practice recordings you submit are processed by our AI systems to generate your feedback and remain yours. We do not publish a recording unless you explicitly choose to share it (for example, sharing a score card to the community).
Be constructive. No harassment, hate speech, spam, or scams. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Content you post in the community remains yours; you grant us a license to display it on the platform.
Creators may submit resources for sale after review. You must own the rights to anything you sell. Creators receive 70% of each sale; payouts are processed by the Fluency team. We may reject or remove resources that infringe rights or fall below quality standards.
AI-generated feedback is provided for practice and improvement purposes and may contain errors — it is not professional, medical, or legal advice. The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
